Hi, I'm Ada, nice to meet you! I'm a freshman majoring in psychology (BA). I like writing about neurological conditions in my articles as I hope to be a health administrator of neuro-rehabilitation services post-grad. Aside from writing for THP, I also volunteer for Brain Exercise Initiatives and mentor Latin dances on SBU's Ballroom Dance Team. You might have also seen me studying in ESD or practicing Latin dances in the O'Neill lounge. Outside of class, I like rewatching Cowboy Bebop, eating apples, dressing head-to-toe in Axes Femme, and spending time with my boyfriend. :)

My name is Wynn Ng and my pronouns are they/them/theirs. I am a first-year Psychology (B.S.) student at Stony Brook University. My long-term career goal is to become a clinical psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology. I’ve been interested in neuroscience since the 7th grade and COVID-19 highlighted the need for mental health support, which translated to my interest in clinical psychology! I highly recommend reading "Hidden Valley Road" by Robert Kolker if you're new to psychology and are specifically interested in schizophrenia- a topic Stony Brook's Psychology department is known for!
